Kirtizlar Flour Mill was established in 1988 in Polatli / Ankara with the principle of "quality production and good service". Our company has kept these principles since the beginning and has become an active company in the local market and also obtained a remarkable volume of export in the world markets.

Our company increased the quality and number of variety of the productions right from the start and followed technological developments in its sector and consequently improved reliability and quality service in the market.

We also increased the capacity of 90 mtons/day to 250 mtons/day with the investments on new machineries enabling us to reach 90.000 mtons / year capacity in wheat crashing. As a result of these renovations, we have been capable to meet the requirements of local market and also obtained a remarkable market share in wheat flour exports of our country.

Our variety of products were mostly for bread making types at the early stages, but today many of our products used for; bread making, for pide (round and flat bread commonly known as pitta bread), for baklava (finely layered pastry filled with nuts and steeped in) and for cakes are highly preferred in the market.

In connection with the changes and new varieties in our production we are also following the innovations in quality control and research&development and are serving to our customers technical assistance and information they might need for their quality productions. We are ready to serve you by means of export to countries all over the world, from Africa to the Far East, all types of wheat flour as we carefully select the wheat from local farmers and also place grain orders either directly or with international suppliers in the CIS, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and other important grain-producing regions in line with customer specifications and demand.
